October 2012 Foreclosure Statistics
According to the Warren Report there were 121 homes auctioned at foreclosure sales in Worcester County. This is a significant reduction from October 2010 high of 485.
The Warren Group also reported 215 new foreclosures actions started in October 2012 for Worcester County. This is an increase from October 2010 were there were 203 new foreclosure actions filed.
