Recently the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys wrote a report about student loan debt entitled The Student Loan "Debt Bomb": America's Next Mortgage-Style Economic Crisis?
This report concludes, in part, to re-instate discharge of student loans in bankruptcy.
