The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts has recently announced that the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Katz shall serve a four-year term as Chief Bankruptcy Judge commencing December 10, 2022.
Judge Katz takes over the duties from the outgoing Chief Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Panos.
